Rachelle joined SanMar in 2013. With deep expertise across sporting goods and apparel, she brings invaluable insight to the industry.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Sacramento State University, where she was a dual-sport athlete in softball and basketball. She later completed her master’s degree at the University of Tennessee. Her thesis, “Marketing Intercollegiate Women’s Softball: Important Considerations,” was used by the athletic department when Tennessee added softball as an intercollegiate program in 1995.
Prior to joining SanMar, Rachelle spent 13 years with Wilson Sporting Goods. She is an active member of the National Sporting Goods Association and a voting member of its Hall of Fame selection committee. She also serves on the Sport & Fitness Industry Association’s technology & innovation steering committee and on the Board of Directors for WeCOACH, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing and retaining women coaches through year-round professional development and leadership programs.
In 2025, Rachelle was recognized by Formula 4 Media & Team Insight as one of the Top 25 Women to Watch in ’25.
Matt has over 18 years of experience in sporting goods and apparel, having represented Majestic, All-Star and Augusta Sportswear. Prior to joining SanMar, he worked as a sales manager for Dynamic Team Sports. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from West Chester University in Pennsylvania, where he also played NCAA lacrosse. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Mike has 23 years of experience in sporting goods, having worked at Wilson Sporting Goods and Russell Athletic/Spalding. In addition, he previously owned his own company, MADTAG, which stood for “Making a Difference Through Athletic Gear” and sold directly to school programs, booster clubs and more. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He currently lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area where he cheers on the Rangers, the Stars and the Cowboys. In his free time, he is working on an impressive collection of vintage baseball cards for his young twin boys.
Todd comes to SanMar with close to 33 years of experience in the world of sporting goods. He spent nearly eight years as a territory manager at Spalding and over 21 years working in sales and management at Wilson Sporting Goods. Todd grew up in South Dakota and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from South Dakota State University (go Jackrabbits!). When he’s not working, Todd is an avid reader and enjoys attending sports events and music events with his family. He’s also an avid bowler and golfer. He was fortunate enough to bowl a perfect 300 game and have a hole-in-one in golf!
As a former college baseball player at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, Mark carries a wealth of sports knowledge with him. He brings more than 20 years of experience as the field sales director at Rawlings Sporting Goods. Before that, he spent more than 10 years as a team sales representative for Adidas America. Mark has worked with various team dealers and promotional and team sales accounts, including clients with extensive screen printing and embroidery capabilities. In his spare time, he helps Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Adirondacks with their fundraising events.
Mendy brings over 26 years of industry experience to SanMar, having worked with Under Armour, Wilson Sporting Goods, the Dallas Mavericks, Hoop-it-Up/Host Communications, and the University of Tennessee/Vol Network. Her passion for sports extends beyond her professional experience—she played professional football for the Dallas Diamonds and is also a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association. Mendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron, where she attended on a tennis scholarship. She also earned a Master of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Tennessee. Mendy resides in Louisville, Tennessee, just outside of Knoxville. Her son, Royal Philo, is a baseball pitcher attending King University in Bristol, Tenn.
Erika brings a wealth of experience to the SanMar Sports team, having spent 14 years working with Hanesbrands, Custom Ink, and Bella Canvas. Her background is deeply rooted in the industry. She holds a degree in business management with a marketing emphasis, along with a certificate in strategic selling from the Miller Heiman Group.
Erika is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to her Chicago-based professional teams. In her spare time, she dedicates herself to helping her son's football program, The Golden Eagles, grow their team-store business. Thanks to her efforts, it has become one of the largest stores for one of the team dealers she works with all year.
Duncan Price brings more than 20 years of experience in the team sports apparel industry to SanMar Sports. Duncan started his career in London with Olympus Sportswear Ltd and came to the US to work with Major League Soccer, Xara Soccer, Augusta Sportswear, and Challenger Teamwear.
His favorite sports team, good or not, is Tottenham Hotspur F.C. Although Duncan will watch any live sports event, he especially enjoys baseball. When not at work, you are likely to find him on the golf course, every chance he gets. At home, he likes to cook—Thai and Indian food are his specialties. And when traveling, he likes to experience the local cuisine favorites.
